The Velvet Touch Lipliner Waterproof by Gosh is a water-resistant, long-lasting lip liner in pencil form. Its formula, enriched with vitamin E and jojoba oil, provides hydration and protects the skin. Its creamy texture also allows it to be used as a lipstick for a long-lasting matte finish. Oil-free.
How to use
- Moisturize your lips first with a clean, dry lip base to achieve a smooth, even surface that facilitates product application.
- Choose the right pencil: if you will use a dark or intense lipstick, choose a liner similar to the color of your lipstick; if you want a natural finish with light or nude shades, select a liner close to your lip color.
- Always draw from the center toward the corners using short, precise strokes.
- To visually reduce the volume of the lips, apply the pencil from the inside toward the natural lip line; to increase their volume, follow the line from the outside.
- For a more natural finish, gently blend the corners with light taps, softening overly defined edges.
