Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed and prepared the next business day.
- Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM, Saturday, or Sunday will be prepared on Monday or the next business day.
Once prepared, orders are handed over for shipping at 4:00 PM on the same day they are prepared. Delivery usually takes up to 48/ 72 business hours (Monday through Friday) in mainland Spain and mainland Portugal.
For the rest of the European countries, please check the delivery times for each region.
- Orders handed over for shipping on Thursday will generally be delivered the following Monday.
- Orders handed over for shipping on Friday will generally be delivered the following Tuesday.

Shipping information
All OSUN products are shipped from Spain using a secure, trackable shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over 19.99 € in Spain with PAQ LIGERO, which will be applied automatically at checkout, with no code required.

Important information
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A valid residential address must be provided when placing the order. We do not accept rerouting, pickups, or refunds for packages shipped to hotels, warehouses, businesses, or other temporary locations.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping and its costs depend on your location and are shown during checkout. You will receive an email with the confirmation and estimated delivery date.
In Osun, shipping costs depend on your location and the total value of your order. We’ll show you the estimated delivery time before you complete your purchase.
