How to use
Apply METAL EYES from the inner corner to the outer edge of the upper lash line. Close your eye and gently pull the eyelid before drawing the line.
- Step 1: Lightly move the pencil between the lashes, which will make them appear denser.
- Step 2: Thicken the line if desired.
- Blend to mix or soften the tone according to the desired effect.
