All OSUN products are shipped from Spain using a secure and trackable shipping method.
We offer free shipping on orders over €45 within Spain.
The discount is applied automatically at checkout—no code needed.
⚠ Important Information
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- A valid residential address is required when placing an order.
- We do not accept package redirects, pickups, or refunds for items shipped to hotels, warehouses, businesses, or other temporary locations.
📦 Processing and Delivery Times
Shipping costs, where applicable, are charged in addition to the product price and will be clearly displayed at checkout in the ‘Total Cost’ section.
Once your order is confirmed via email, we aim to dispatch it within 1 to 3 working days. Please note that during peak periods (such as sales) or in the case of unforeseen circumstances or product unavailability, dispatch times may be extended.
A pre-authorization check will be performed on the payment card to ensure sufficient funds. Your order will only be dispatched after this check is completed and payment has been successfully processed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include an estimated delivery timeframe. Please note that the delivery timeframe begins from the moment the shipping confirmation is sent.
