Return Guide

We offer a 14-day return period, meaning you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.


✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in its original condition: unused and in its original packaging.
  • The packaging must be sealed and not opened.
  • You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will only be accepted if the product packaging is sealed and unopened. Any product with opened or tampered packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

If you are returning from outside Spain, please note that shipping times may vary.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
  • If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or damaged personal care products, such as beauty items.
  • If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to email us at return@osun.es.

  • Sale items.
  • Gift cards.

↻ Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to:

  • Return the original item following the return procedure.
  • Place a new order for the desired item.

🏷️ Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Bank or credit card processing times may affect when the refund appears in your account.

OSUN reserves the right to decline refunds if:

  • The request is made after the 14-day period.
  • Items are not in their original condition, are used, or have opened or tampered packaging.
